Yet another rainy day

I think I seem to be posting always on rainy days :/

Let me trace back. I think.. It was Tuesday. I was lonely and sad, cus Zeyu had to go away for lunch. And I was craving some beef noodles, so I went for it. 


That night I gobbled a burger before going to Anna for tuition but strangely, these days I always get hungry for supper. So I pulled the bf to xingwang for some dimsum. The first dessert is his, of which I koped a bit to try. Borsch soup is mine, cus supper is bad enough, got to minimize impact. Custard bun is mine too cus I was craving for the custard inside. So the bf ate up the bun. And finally my mandatory har gow which I love so much. Please tell me that's not too much for supper :/

Yesterday I had porridge in the morning and then I hit the gym again during lunch. Similarly, I cycled for half an hour (because I only have that much time :/ ) and had soba, which I believe is healthy hahah. Except that it's super high in sodium cus I overdid the sauce a little :P


Was still hungry after lunch cus there wasn't enough soba for Peirong's large tummy so I got some 蔡依林 chicken. Cute right the name. Lol. I was damn amused.


Dinner was with Minxuan's family of which this time, I tried to eat only half my rice. Hungry during supper time again, but I 忍. Andddd.. I went to sleep. Sleep is the best hoho.

Rainy days~

Back track for 2 days to Sunday~ it was a terrible morning ): quarreled with le bf. met people I don't really want to see and in the end I just exploded like a fireball. So yupz. Anyway went for brunch with the girls and felt much better after that, albeit the thought of one of the them is a hypocritical bitch. Hoho. (This has become a ranting post. No it shall not happen.) Guess what I had... MacDonald's~ 2 claps for awesomeness and 1 for sarcasm. Whatever happened to eating healthy -_-


Then the next meal was real late, like 7 plus at night when we went bf's parents back home to Malaysia. So ate at the airport. The dry ban mian is actually not bad. But not as good as the holland v one :/


Yesterday morning, I went to Yakun despite my previous episode of vomiting after having their coffee. I think I'm probably allergic to something in it. Because everytime I take, I'll either get stomachache or vomit. So anyway, yesterday was safe. I just felt nauseous but not bad enough that I throw up (:

The egg (which are awesome! It's the best I swear!) and... I don't know why I left out my kaya French toast. 

Lunchtime I went gym! Cycled for a really really short while for about half an hour? Before I went for shower and grab lunch. Wanted to try this new routine out but I was a bit pressed for time ytd. Maybe I'll try again but be more chop chop this time. 


Lunch was good. Proud of myself to be clean.

Dinner was simple affair. Home cooked food in Minxuan's place which I look forward to every week ^_^ Xiao bai cai, braised pork and ABC soup. Rather healthy except that I ate up all the rice :/

Andddd~ I had supper. But supper was prawn omelette and vegetables. Lol. I ordered a bowl of kailan and another chap chai. The uncle was like, whut? 1am and you're ordering so much veg? And no rice? Weirdo o_o hahah. People healthy living what.

Way overdue

Hello I'm back. Yes had been having events for the past 3 days and lost track of everything. But I managed to snap photos!

Wednesday we had press visit in Shiseido office itself. Had meesiam for breakfast. Yep this is the meesiam that I eat every morning. Bet the auntie must be laughing at how boring I am alr.


Had soup spoon for lunch again. x.x I'm really running out of ideas for meals. 


Finally something exciting for dinner. I ate the long craved satay beehoon!! Convinced myself it's healthier than bak chor mee hence the choice :P #denial


Thursday was... Sian. Had meesiam for breakfast. And then since my fellow intern wasn't around, I settled on subway melt in my emo corner. 

Didn't manage to snap a photo so here's one from google to give you an idea.

The night was terrible. We had a huge blogger event and we had catered food. I just ate and ate and ate and ate and ate. I couldn't stop T_T

End of my sad story ._.

No I wasn't swearing :p had toast for breakfast, curry soba for lunch and nabe for dinner 


Just threw stuff from my fridge in haha. 白菜, kimchi, egg, dumplings, carrot, onion, mushrooms and a bit of noodles. Oh I had a mochi in the end too. It's better than it looks! Wish I had tofu and spring onions too. 

Then I had chestnuts and an orange again. 

I resisted buying snacks at the supermarket today! Go me :))

Going off on a school trip to yamanashi tmr. Onsen here I come! 

But before that I'm gonna head to the gym for a bit. :D

Hay it's me again

Decided to post as I eat so I rmb better. Both what I ate and to post haha. Today is 反省 day from eating too much yesterday. 





Hope I can control myself for dinner too! Haha. 

I knew it. Time of the day and self control are inversely related!! I had Katsu curry for dinner though I could have chosen beef. D: well i didn't finish all the rice and curry though! 

Fail

Haiyah seriously. I need to stop eating rubbish. Breakfast yesterday was whole meal bread with a bit if butter and jam. Lunch was omurice and dinner was a salad with pork. Sounds ok right. Then I ate a chocolate bar and half a bag if Marie biscuits mindlessly while watching drama. Wtf is wrong with me! 



Guilty me didn't take photos of the junk I ate. Ok today is gonna be a better day. 

Two

Yesterday started.. Uneventfully. Had mee siam for breakfast of which I didn't bother to record since I'm starting to get bored of it. After which ironically, we had an event. Did a press visit to sph to let them know about our new products. Since it's not launchin yet,  I can't post the photos either. 

Had salted fish pork cake with brown rice! Omg 3 claps for Peirong for making the healthier choice right there with brown rice! I don't really like brown rice. Usually when it comes to rice, it's how it's like with milk, I like it fat and full. But nah, determination!

 
It's not that bad. The flavorful pork cake made up for it :P hopefully it's not too high on sodium though >.<  after which during event I had 2 little fruit tarts and Angie later fed me with 2 little rock buns. Yea.. Rock cus it's almost literally like rock x.x 

Dinner was simple affair at holland v sharing dried ban mian with le bf.


I really like the dried ban mian here. But it's so sinful for late night dinner :/ so yea I had to share it.

Had a huge quarrel with him after that and bla bla. This is how I ended my night ):

Long time no see

Ok gonna be quick cos I'm on the way to work! Yesterday's lunch. 





Of course I didn't eat all of that by myself but I ate about just less than half D: so for dinner I had 


Lol I threw a whole big packet if salad I had sitting in my fridge into fish broth with mixed grained rice. Then I had two mandarin oranges! And some chestnuts... Hahahaha. The end! Gonna be late again aaaahh. 

And I'm back to 52.6 again damn 

Starting anew! One.

Hey there! Has been quite some time since we posted. Has been quite some time since we bothered about maintaining our healthy lifestyle too >_< went for a weigh in yesterday and had the shock of my life 48.2kg omfgwtfggxxbbq so I've decided to return to blogging.. And hopefully it helps me keep a conscious mind about eating and exercising!

Since yesterday was public holiday in lieu of Deepavali for my company, I had the luxury to hit the gym! But first, we start off with breakfast!

Ikr.. Ok I swear, it doesn't look as bad as it taste. In fact, I liked it! :D I'm naturally a veg person, just that unfortunately I'm a snacks person too which upsets everything. Ohwells, never too late to walk in the path of light~ 

And then, I... Went for Brazilian waxing. Hahah! Stall for time before hitting gym lol. Nah just the time of the year to do so. After that, I went for the gym. Lol.

Can't be bothered

Hello you again! This week had been merciless (>人<;) so busy preparing for yesterday's event. Went to Ikea on tuesday to get supplies, so managed to catch quick lunch with the bf.


Tuesday night I had dinner with Minxuan's family. Feel like this job is distancing me from them, so sad T_T

Anyways, Wednesday I was so tired and exhausted I decided I need some macarons so yep. Got myself a box. Shionyee says they're so so so evil. You're like popping sugars into your mouth. But they're pretty so I don't care heh.


Thursday I was in the mood for some soup cus the bf has been depriving me of soup. So I went soup spoon. Zeyu was like.. Eee why you always go for this kind of tasteless soup?! Hahah but I like. Plus it's less than 200kcal hah!


Had jjajangmyeon at night, not bad at all. 


Oh I forgot. During the event I had so many of such biscuits >.< 


May not be the best, but quite cute right!!

Oh the event went.. Okay I guess? Just a few blame games here and there as usual but fine. I think I made a new friend whom I secretly call Ivan Hangerman cus he makes this wire thing on hangers.

Come what come may


Time and hour run through the toughest day.

Really tired these days. Having 10-10 tuitions on weekends and working from 8.30-9.30 on weekdays. Why am I living this dog life when I'm only in my early 20s I ask myself. Sometimes when I'm on the verge of breaking I think to myself, what is considered too much to bear? And I ask myself, why am I doing this to myself? Ultimately I just have to settled for the fact that by going through hardship, I make myself a stronger person.

Okay even though I'm not dieting alr/yet, here's some food pics.

Friday night girls night out with Krystal and Sophia. Had so many interesting drinks (prob most at a go in my life) o.o sex on the beach (my fav), screaming orgasm, some sunset drink, usual tequila shots, some cool xo kopi o shot followed by wine treat for the neighboring table :P I would conclude that baileys is probs not my thing cus I really can't appreciate drinks with baileys D: 


Bad ikea brunch on Saturday that totally ruined my appetite for ikea forever. The salmon wasn't fresh and broccoli overcooked >.< the pancakes are just cold piece of flour and blah..


Yes I had my own magnum at the magnum pleasure store!! It's damn nice k, considering I'm not usually a magnum fan :/ 


Le bf had this which looks damn good right, just that I didn't bother putting filter so it's dark. It's some chocolate lava. As quoted from him, "it's brilliant! Using the bitterness of chocolate to bring out the sweetness in the ice cream!"

That night I went for supper dimsum at sweechoon :D:D

And then I survived my entire day of tuition till the night when I ate bak chor mee and a tofu.

Monday was bad. Just terrible at work. So I had to have some comfort food from Pizza Hut hahah.


Yes it's chicken ole again. But omg little did I expect the bill to exceed $10 for a little chicken ole?! >:( ohwells..

On my way to work now on Tuesday morning. Today will be a better day! :D

Extreme weight in

Take note, it's weight in. Not weigh in. Why weight in. Cus we both gained weight. I would say, a midpoint analysis about the usefulness of this blog in our weight loss plan is zilch ): that's sad. But not for long! My project lose 5 officially starts next week on 8th October. It's really 不见 (gym) 不散 (fats). 

Alright, back to the purpose of this blog. I won't bother with posting breakfast anymore, cus all I've been eating and will
be eating will prob be the same thing. Yakun French toast set. Yes I'm so boring myself that I almost puked at myself. Whoots~ and I don't even make sense hah. I think I've been too overworked T_T

And I had mos fish burger set for dinner. First time that I order fries for my meal for a really long time >.< but I still can't shake that guilt away. Meh can't wait to start my gym and project lose 5 :/

Hi I'm blogging again cus eng sub version of the master's sun ep 14 is not out yet. Been searching all morning and all I get are the RAWs meh ._.  Today's gonna be a sad day at work alone cus zeyu is not coming. I hope I don't get scolded too bad :/

Anyway food for yesterday late night. 


The bf cooked this really weird kailan and just threw oyster sauce all over it. Like seriously.. Not good at all. But it beats the Maggie mee.


Just looking at the soup you'll know that the noodles have no taste absolutely. Anyway this was shared between us, so it's not that bad. However, I had this absolute craving for snowskin mooncakes, so I ate like 3 of Eddie's just yesterday T_T 

It's like... I'm not bothering to eat healthy at all. But then again, I'm not. Not till mid oct. For now, I'm just gonna take a break from dieting and enjoy food. I just hope I don't explode before I can lose them fats x.x
