Starting anew! One.

Hey there! Has been quite some time since we posted. Has been quite some time since we bothered about maintaining our healthy lifestyle too >_< went for a weigh in yesterday and had the shock of my life 48.2kg omfgwtfggxxbbq so I've decided to return to blogging.. And hopefully it helps me keep a conscious mind about eating and exercising!

Since yesterday was public holiday in lieu of Deepavali for my company, I had the luxury to hit the gym! But first, we start off with breakfast!

Ikr.. Ok I swear, it doesn't look as bad as it taste. In fact, I liked it! :D I'm naturally a veg person, just that unfortunately I'm a snacks person too which upsets everything. Ohwells, never too late to walk in the path of light~ 

And then, I... Went for Brazilian waxing. Hahah! Stall for time before hitting gym lol. Nah just the time of the year to do so. After that, I went for the gym. Lol.

Went for tea and dinner. Tea cus I wanted to try out this Matcha Cafe in Paragon which turned out so so? And a not so welcoming service :/ food's decent though, but not spectacular. *shrugs*

Shared these with le bf, so it's not that bad hehe :P had dinner after that at Soup Spoon, my fav healthy living food place! Just that I had this not so healthy item that's differently from my usual Tokyo Chicken Stew. But hey, 3 claps for being adventurous kay~

I suppose it's not bad, but not my bowl of soup. Me prefer clear soups, typical Asian type hoho. Anyway, I went back and brought Sophia to try out the gym since she wanted to and we did 2 classes!
