Lazy Sunday 9

Slept at 11 last night and woke up at 1pm today to find the laundry I left out last night drenched in the rain ToT

...I slept for 14 hours! Hahaha amazing. That averages out to 5 hours a day this week. Guess that wasn't so bad.

Was actually planning to make pancakes for breakfast but I woke up wanting something savoury so I had curry with prata!

And an extra bun because I was feeling hungry hahahahaha.

And then between 2 to 5 I had a mini toblerone and kitkat while watching the masters sun  hehehehehe. Omg I love this show! Sojisub and Gonghyojin have too much chemistry!(≧∇≦)Peirong faster go watch!!

And them i decided to take a stroll at about 4 because I was too bored. And, inspired from the pasta salad in the Lawson, I decided to make my own for dinner.

Fastest and laziest and healthiest (?) dinner ever haha. Open salad package, open noodle package, cut ham and tomato, put together.  The noodles are some tomato konyaku noodles that are amazingly only 10kcal heheheh. I also dressed it with kewpie's non-oil sesame dressing and some mayonnaise :) yum! I think this bowl didnt even add up to 200kcal heh.

For dessert I blended an apple with some milk! No veggies this time because I just wanted something sweet lol. I love apple+milk!!

My second internship starts tomorrow. Honestly, in have no idea what to expect.  I don't even know what the company does exactly :x we'll see how it goes I guess! Hahah

Oh yes. I took my weight this morning. 51.7! Yay! :) though probably just because it was in the morning lol.

Shion Yee day 2

Okay today went pretty well! Think I'm beginning to get in control if myself again haha.

Breakfast was a green smoothie of Komatsuna, pineapple and a finger of carrot, a hard boiled egg and a small tomato (because I didn't like the taste of the egg in my mouth D: )

I love organic vegetables! A little bit more expensive but then I won't have to wash vegetables half asleep in the morning lol.

I also think I have perfected hard boil eggs heheh. Secret is to switch off the stove after the water boils and just leave the eggs to cook in the water for 10min or so.

Then I went for jazz class in the school gym.

Omg the teacher is like so dreamy. (*_*) Tall and handsome with a dreamy voice and super nice.

Think ill be going for this class every sat hehehe.

Lunch was shogayaki set from yayoiken ken. Asked for less rice but I still couldn't finish :/

Nomnom I love the gingery sauce! About 700kcal according to the site. But I definitely didnt consume all of that.

So I decided to treat myself to a cup of hazelnut cuppacino at Starbucks while working on some math.

After I was done I decided to give in to my sashimi cravings for dinner hehe. Cooked a small bowl of soba to eat with it too.

Dessert was a kitkat bar and an apple!
(While watching some running man haha)

The end. I think I ate about 1300-1400kcal today? :)

Project lose 5

Hello this is Shion Yee. This is the blog of 2 girls, Shion Yee and Peirong who have decided to try to lose 5kg. We probably have different motivations, but the goal's the same. Peirong sounds like she needs a goal in life and I think I need to be able to fit into nice coats in the coming winter. So here it goes!

We all know it takes a lot of determination to (stop eating chocolate and) eat healthfully. So maybe if we recorded everything it would make it harder for us to cheat and eat stuff we're not supposed to edt.

So the idea is, we will snap and upload pictures of everything we eat and hope that having to take a photo of the next Kinder Bueno bar I reach out for will be a big enough deterrent from eating it. Haha.

So...............

Currently: 52.7kg
(excuse: it's night time now!)

Well I just came back to Japan from a month of almost uncontrolled indulgence (I was 51.3 before going back!) in Singapore so we'll see how it goes from here. We'll weigh ourselves once a week to keep track of how we're going. So that means every Wednesday for me!

One of the best things about Japan is how you can find nutritional values of almost everything that's packaged, and even in restaurants. There are also a million kinds of diet food. I feel empowered!
